Serve as Business Owner of Data Quality Management for Global Supply Management (GSM)
Work on ideation, development, presentation, approval requests and implementation of best practices in DQM specific requirements (e.g., policies, standards, procedures, etc.) and ensure compliance with all applicable AXP policies and standards.
Monitor critical data risks and issues, follows up and partners with assigned individuals or teams
Actively participate in design, development, and delivery of DQ solutions, increasing awareness in DQM/Governance.
Collaborate with relevant technology area(s) and Business process teams to ensure tasks and enhancements are prioritized and planned effectively to align with overall Data Strategy roadmap.
Partner in all phases of the DQM initiatives- requirement gathering, ideation for continuous improvement, assess & propose, build, testing and implementation.
Work closely with the functional processes for conceptualization and PoC development
Analyze the existing environment and derive opportunities, recommend alternative solutions to technical problems.
Maintain Control Compliance environment, Review Audit Requirements & Driving Compliance to ensure work is completed to meet the Blue Box Professional, Legal and Regulatory Standards.
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science/engineering, math, statistics or any other computationally intense disciplines.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in enterprise Data Quality management and Governance role particularly on Big Data ecosystem and well versed with their enabling technologies (e.g., enterprise DQM tools, Collibra).

Proficiency in Hive Queries, SQL, Python, Yellow Brick and Big Data/Hadoop architecture
Experience in developing data products, data/text mining, machine learning & information visualization.
An excellent problem solver with research-oriented approach in the field of data science with a strong experience in statistical & analytics packages/tools (Python, Alteryx etc.)
Excellent communication skills with strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
Candidate should open to learn new open-source technologies and languages
Must be able to thrive in a fast paced, customer-focused, collaborative environment. Must be able to work hands-on with minimal supervision or assistance.
