Function (Scope and Main Purpose of Job)

Responsible for auditing of all requisition forms and fills for accuracy and performing other administrative duties related to food, beverage and general supplies inventory.

Specific Responsibilities and Duties

  • Input of daily receipts and issues of all items into the purchasing and inventory software.

  • Verifying the accuracy of receipts, transfers and requisitions.

  • Assisting with monthly inventories.

  • Maintaining accuracy of item set up in the inventory system.

  • Entering new vendors into purchasing system and assist with new vendor registration process.

  • Ensure the safety and security of company information.

  • Others duties as assigned.

Job Requirements (skills, knowledge, and abilities)

  • Ability to read and follow routine instructions.

  • Ability to operate basic office equipment.

  • Ability to perform assigned duties under frequent time pressure in an interruptive environment.

  • Strong math, analytical & counting skills.

  • Basic PC knowledge with a focus on data entry.

  • Good oral and written communication skills with the ability to interface with various departments.

  • 24/7 high energy casino with over 300,000 sq. ft of gaming and entertainment space and approximately 3000 employees

  • Exposed to alcohol, cigarette and cigar smoke, bright lights, and loud noises.
