This exciting role offers opportunity to:
Responsibilities will be to maintain ongoing dialogs with project teams in order to collect schedule and completed milestone information, prepare an ongoing comprehensive view of projects and assignments in a written or online format available for management’s use and report and forecast on schedules and budgets
Manage effective stakeholder and team communications. Improve organization responsiveness to customer requirements. Communication and manage customer expectations and commitments internal to the business. Ensure effective change management process is utilized
Ensure standard program management processes are utilized and adequate support to the project team by preparing & publishing PM metrics and reports
Maintain metrics for project performance, quality, technical performance and delivery through PROLaunch phases
Work with the various internal and external customers of the data and dashboards to develop a detailed list of required information.
Organize & assemble information from diverse data sources in such a manner that the data aggregation is easily replicable and maintainable.
Proficiently identify and apply the appropriate data analytics algorithm and come with recommendations based on the insights generated.
Report out results in the form of various dashboards reporting measurement against targets, historical data trends and data snapshots supporting the end customers data requirements.
Strategizes new uses for data and its interaction with data design.
Manage multiple projects and deliver results on time and with the requisite quality
Strive to get internally and externally recognized in this area by continuously learning and developing new algorithms in the data science space.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s in Computer or Electrical Engineering
5+ years of experience of which about 2 years in the area of Project Management and Data Science
Project Management Institute (PMI) accreditation preferably PMP highly recommended.
Exposure of Software development lifecycles i.e. Waterfall, Agile and incremental etc. Certified Scrum master would be advantage
High proficiency in preparing and managing schedule using Microsoft Project software
Hands on experience of SQL and Share Points
Exposure of data visualization techniques and tools i.e. Qlikview, Power BI etc
Programming experience (VBA, C, R, Python) and the passion to develop new algorithms is preferred.
Computer Skills – MS Office, MS Project, knowledge of SAP or similar ERP system.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
