Eaton Corporation Program Manager - Cybersecurity in Hadapsar Pune, India

This exciting role offers opportunity to:

  • The Cybersecurity Program Manager will be managing all cybersecurity projects across Eaton Electrical & Industrial Sectors.

  • Delivering Cybersecurity work package to each project going through Eaton Product Cybersecurity CoE [PCCoE] across all Phases of Eaton Product Development Lifecycle process – PROLaunch.

  • Engaging with various Business & Engineering Leaders across Eaton to review their Project portfolio and maintain the Project pipeline for Cybersecurity Center of Excellence[CCoE].

  • Responsible for evaluating resource requirements versus capacity; allocate the resources based on priority, skills and availability supported by CCoE managers

  • Consistently work towards improving program execution and finding ways to improve efficiency. This includes process definition and effective communication of the processes to key stakeholders

  • Monitoring & Documenting Cybersecurity activities, issues, concerns and status to keep management informed, escalate it as required and enable timely resolution of Project Cybersecurity issues.

  • Creating, managing & optimizing Balance Score Cards, CCoE management Dashboards.



  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering from an accredited institution.

  • Overall experience of 7-9 years.

  • With a minimum of 3 years of experience managing software development projects through a stage gate process.

  • Experience of working in all phases of Product Development Lifecycle, Secure Product Development Lifecycle preferred

  • Experience of working on Projects following Agile, Scrum, DevOps & Water Fall methdologies.

  • Experience working with geographically dispersed engineering and business teams

  • Proven ability to communicate effectively across various management levels & cultural boundaries.

  • Prior experience of creating, managing & optimizing Balance Score Cards, Management Dashboards and largescale Program management Dashboards.

  • Experience of managing third party consultants, vendors, suppliers and partners.

  • Working knowledge of threats and mitigations against common software vulnerabilities.

  • Excellent communication, organizational and people skills and the ability to work across functional groups.

  • Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.

  • Desire to managing projects in a fast pace environment

  • Ability to work independently and to follow directions.

  • Ability to respond quickly and effectively to changing priorities.

  • Ability to articulate and promote project management best-practices.

  • Ability to adapt work schedule as needed.
