Overview

Mission:

En collaboration forte avec les équipes de ventes terrain, le délégué ventes à distance (Inside Sales) développe les ventes Baxter en étant en contact à distance avec certains comptes clients, en répondant à leurs besoins et en présentant l’offre de produits et de services Baxter.

L’ensemble des activités et des compétences sont mises en œuvre dans le respect de la réglementation, de l’éthique, de la Charte de l’information par démarchage ou prospection visant à la promotion du médicament et de son référentiel en vigueur (pour les produits promus), ainsi que dans le respect la stratégie de l’entreprise.

Principales responsabilités:

  • Lors de ces échanges à distance avec les professionnels de santé, le Délégué ventes à distance assure l’information médicale auprès de ses interlocuteurs et entretient une relation professionnelle avec ceux-ci pour promouvoir les produits (médicaments, dispositifs médicaux, services et thérapies) et leur bon usage dans le respect de l’éthique et dans l'objectif de développer les ventes

  • Gère des appels et des contacts clés, en ligne avec le plan d’action ciblé sur son portefeuille clients

  • Saisit et suit son activité dans l’outil de reporting CRM

  • Analyse les résultats par rapport aux objectifs et met en place des actions correctives

  • Négocie (prix/volume, conditions de vente, délai de livraison…) ou co-négocie et finaliser les marchés, contrats ou accords en collaboration avec le département Excellence Commerciale

  • Assure une veille concurrentielle et remonte les informations vers sa hiérarchie

  • Recueille et transmet les informations de pharmacovigilance, matériovigilance et réclamations qualité aux services dédiés

  • Recueille, analyse et transmet des demandes et des informations aux services concernés que cela soit au niveau local ou régional.

  • Collabore étroitement avec les équipes de la BU et avec les services suivants : service clients, Excellence Commerciale, Finance

  • Participe aux réunions clés de la BU à laquelle il est rattaché si nécessaire

  • Acquière une bonne compréhension du cycle d’achat de ses clients, s’assure de la régularité des commandes et propose des plans d’actions correctifs si nécessaire

    Qualification:

  • Diplôme de la visite médicale souhaité ou équivalence reconnue

  • Anglais intermédiaire

  • Une expérience de vente à distance ou de vente terrain dans l’industrie pharmaceutique

  • Forte compétence de négociation et de vente

  • Communication impactante par téléphone et sens de l’écoute
