Functional Lead SD/Logistics

Tenneco, Global Pistons Business unit, are seeking a Team Leader and

Expert for SD/Logistics Business processes in SAP functionalities for EDI,

Sales and Distribution, Supply chain Management and Warehouse Management to

work closely with Pistons SAP Team and Pistons Business Unit globally

Objective of this position:

The Global Pistons Applications team are responsible for all aspects of SAP

the delivery of SAP Projects support and enhancement across the global plants

and locations. The objective of this role is to become a key player in the

Applications team and within the Pistons Business Unit. Providing expertise, support and enhancements

primarily for the Sales & Distribution, Supply Chain Management &

Warehouse Management areas. Longer term,

you will become a key player in the ERP strategy programme, covering all

aspects of process and best practice definition, documentation, governance, testing,

deployment and stabilising. Focusing on the EDI, SD, SCM & WM modules, as

well as any integration points and interfaces to other supporting applications.

You will be a highly talented individual who enjoys working and

delivering within a fast paced, challenging and constantly changing

Position

Requirements:

Work as a functional leader of a small Team as part of

the Global SAP Pistons Applications group, delivering the solutions according

to business requirements

Involved in resolving SAP issues raised via the

helpdesk

Provide functional specifications and configuration

solutions in SAP

Work in close integration with the other SAP team

members to ensure the integration of any adjustments or new solutions.

Assist with estimating work requests

Review detailed design specifications, test plans and

user documentation for functional and technical completeness;

Document process, configuration, and user instructions

Support existing solutions

Identify root cause for recurring issues, make

proposal and actions to eliminate them

Manage

workshops and training with Business users

Disciplined

approach and commitment to delivering on Service Level Agreements (SLAs) -

Focused on exceeding customer expectations

Willingness

to adhere to a standard, global template and maintain the consistency of

the global process model

Ability to adapt communication according to the

audience: from pure business to 100% technical and vice versa

REQUIREMENTS:

Academic

Qualifications:

BSC in Computer Sciences or BA in General Management,

Computer Sciences, Mathematics or Economics.

Fluent knowledge of English in speech and in writing

Essential:

Minimum +10 years SD, SCM, IM experience in SAP ECC6 -

Full sales cycle, output determination, Rebates, Pricing, Foreign trade, Inter

company trading, ATP

Minimum +3 years experience working with inbound and

outbound EDI - knowledge and ability to create partner profiles, output

determination and output types

Deep iDoc Expertise - understanding of inbound and

outbound iDoc function modules

Experience with workflow configuration, monitoring and

reporting

Team Leading and Project Leading experience is

required

Have strong understanding of integration with other

SAP modules

Experience working with a multiple and formal change

control process

Fluent English in speaking and writing is a must

Excellent communication skills – written and verbal

Experience of the implementation of at least five

full life cycle projects in Large Scale ERP environments of ECC6

Desirable:

Automotive industry experience

Experience in other SAP modules is a plus

Other European languages is a plus (German, Polish,

Spanish)

Working

experience in large corporate environment (contact with many cultures, time

zones) is a plus
