Johnson & Johnson is recruiting for a Senior Finance Analyst, AGP Governance. Preferred locations for this role are Cork Ireland, Diegem Belgium, Zuchwil Switzerland or Guaynabo Puerto Rico.

This role will report to the Lead Analyst, AGP Governance (HMD PIC COE).
Responsibilities and scope of the role include, but are not limited to, the following:
AGP Tool - Lead maintenance of selected franchises.
Governance, calculation and reporting of the MD SC profit in inventory reserve for the above-mentioned franchises.
Mapping table owner for selected franchises.
Work closely with HMD WW ICP team to ensure any data gaps are addressed in a timely manner.
Promote a strong compliance environment
Support both internal and external audits as required.
Qualifications / Criteria
Strong customer focus with excellent communication & presentation skills.
Results and performance driven, used in dealing with complexity.
Eager to take initiatives for improvements.
Team player, natural in networking within Finance and across Supply Chain teams.
Strong technical and analytical skills.
Ability to work independently.
Bachelor and/or Master Degree in Finance or related discipline.
Professional accounting qualification desirable.
Familiar with IT concepts and tools – Data extraction and consolidation, master data maintenance, Tableau, Agile IT development.
