Eastman Account Manager, SP in Guangzhou, China
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: • This person will be charged to drive South China eyewear and cosmetic business results by growing existing key accounts, developing the right channel strategy, developing new direct customers and spec-in new sustainability materials • This person will take ownership in key account management by building relationship with customer at multiple levels and functions, and increase the specification for Eastman materials from key molders to brand owners. • Co-visit with existing distributors to understand current business dynamics to decide how we can protect existing business, and further grow through distribution, i.e. developing more accounts and spec-in our materials • Coordinate with and contribute to global Sales & Marketing strategy to Eyewear/Cosmetic segment; execute global strategy in China especially for sustainability portfolio penetration. • Work with global spec rep for translation business among China molders • This person will be expected to use sales process for professional sales job: TMP, call report, forecast, meeting facilitation etc. • This person will be measured primarily on total value add achieved. Besides, this person will be required to consistently manage opportunities of new and protect in OM system. VM 50%, NB 25%, behavior 25%
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENT(INCLUDING EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE) • Bachelor and above. • Solid experience (5+years) in managing direct accounts and new business development • Broad sales experience with a proven track record. • Good business acumen, business development and negotiation skill • Team work, strong communication & influence skills and strong drive to move through the matrix. • Highly motivated individual and high degree of self-reliance and initiative. • Fluent in English and Mandarin.
