Lockheed Martin Logs / Records Configuration Specialist in Greenville, South Carolina
Description: Lockheed Martin Aeronautics is seeking a Configuration Senior Specialist for a position in Greenville, SC. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to auditing work instructions and discrepancy reports to ensure that documents have been completed in accordance with our Quality Management system requirements. Create F-16 Production aircraft/engine logbooks and associated records, track time compliance items and generate discrepancy reports as required. Create Crew Briefing Reports in an timely manner to support mission requirements. Ensures that the corporate records retention policies are compliant. Assist with our Stamp Control Program. Assist with metrics creation / data entry as required.
*Must be a US Citizen. This position is located at a facility that requires special access.
*No Clearance required prior to start must be able to obtain/maintain a Secret Clearance.
Candidate must have 5 Years of Military or Civil Aircraft / Logs Records Experience
Experience complying with regulations
Experience with MS Word and Excel
Must be able to type a minimum of 50 WPM.
Must regularly lift and/or push or pull up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or push or pull up to 50 pounds.
Ability to work well with others in a fast paced, high pressure environment
Ability to occasionally work off-shift to support operational requirements
Attention to detail & strong record-keeping skills.
Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
Experience with DMCA 8210.1C1, AS9100/AS9110, USAF TO 00-20-2, NAVAIR 4790.2, FAA Part 145 or FAA Part 21
Sound critical thinking skills.
Experience with SAP
Documented Aircraft Records Management Training for USAF / NAVAIR forms and records
