Introblock Project manager Aftermarket Technology

  • Secure delivery of aftermarket products for the defined Medium Program/Introblock scope.

  • Knowledge of AMT deliveries, and experience from some area in the delivering units.

  • Understand Aftermarket business to be able to drive product evolution.

  • Aftermarket deliveries include spare part and service information, diagnostic capabilities and content and SWDL capabilities for product evolutions within Vehicle and Powertrain scope.

Plan, follow-up and deliver Product Development projects with limited complexity cross organizations or complex subprojects within own organization according to agreed scope, budget, time plan and quality.

Project Manager – Introblock, Aftermarket Technology

  1. Job Summary

• Secure delivery of aftermarket products for the defined Medium Program/Introblock scope.

• Knowledge of AMT deliveries, and experience from some area in the delivering units.

• Understand Aftermarket business to be able to drive product evolution.

• Aftermarket deliveries include spare part and service information, diagnostic capabilities and content and SWDL capabilities for product evolutions within Vehicle and Powertrain scope.

  1. Accountabilities/Responsibilities

• Secure time plan for AMT deliveries, supporting the industrialisation process.

• Secure handshake between technology product streams and Program/IB for AMT scope.

• To approve and document Program/IB scope including AMT readiness.

• To monitor and follow up that work is performed and documented according to plan and with approved scope.

• To secure that functional testing and validation is performed in accordance with AMT standards.

• To secure Program/IB PMT with AMT input on solution feasibility and cost impact.

3.1. Education, Experience, Knowledge and Skills

• Minimum BSc Engineering required or equivalent experience

• Required 3 to 8 years of product development / Project management experience.

• MSc. Engineering preferred

• Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification preferred; will be required after the hire.

• Experience with Agile / SAFe Framework

• Experience in vehicles development and vehicles product know-how

• Experience in Aftermarket deliveries include spare part and service information, diagnostic capabilities and content and SWDL capabilities for product evolutions within Vehicle and Powertrain scope

Position open b/c they had one person take the early retirement package and then lay offs with COVID and performance, not bringing any of those people back. Long term contract positions at least one year and longer with potential to go permanent.
