Responsibilities

Position Summary:

The Information Services Technology (IST) Representative works collaboratively as a positive contributing member, while maintaining a safe and confidential environment which respects and supports patient rights, performing a variety of technical and clerical functions to meet the needs of the organization. The IST Representative focus primarily on their essential functions, but all members of the team perform other duties in order to meet patient/organizational needs efficiently and effectively and in support of cohesive team functioning.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalent

  • One (1) year of experience in customer service or phone service preferred.

  • Previous experience with paging, intercom and multiple phone lines is preferred

  • Computer skills

  • Able to read, speak and write English, including spelling, grammar and punctuation

  • Ability to understand and follow instructions

  • Ability to work under pressure with strong customer service skills

  • Strong verbal skills
