h3Position Summary/h3 Responsible for tutoring students individually or in small group sessions to enable them to become independent and successful, self-directed life-long learners. Primary tutoring responsibilities include assisting students with their preparation for core clerkships as well as for the USMLE Step 1 or Step 2 Clinical Skills or Clinical Knowledge exams utilizing a coaching or goal-directed coaching model. Tutors typically meet with an assigned student either face-to-face or utilizing technology (e.g., Skype or Zoom) for one or two hours weekly. The tutoring schedule and meeting times are determined by the tutor and student.
