Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

The Project Administrator will provide essential support to the Acrisure Compliance Solutions (ACS) team. ACS, made up of attorneys and expert consultants, provides our Agency Partners and their employer-clients with sophisticated compliance resources to navigate the complexities of the employee benefits and human resources landscapes. The Project Administrator will be responsible for:

  • Managing ACS?s weekly and monthly publications, which requires quick turnaround, careful editing, and effective distribution

  • Coordinating and managing ACS?s monthly webinar productions, including creating and distributing calendar invites and agendas, scheduling the presentation in our webinar platform, GoToWebinar, submitting each presentation for continuing education credits, overseeing the recording of presentations, and following up with attendees.

  • Facilitating successful vendor relationships, from managing service terms and renewals, to engaging in regular performance evaluations

  • Administering ACS?s agency-wide communication channel, Basecamp, to efficiently disseminate the team?s publications and content, as well as communicate important information and updates related to employee benefits and human resources

  • Collaborating with ACS team members to provide employee benefits-related services to our Agency Partners and their clients, which may include leading discussions with Agency Partners and clients about services and associated fees, collecting data, answering procedural questions, entering data and billing.

  • Working with other Acrisure teams, including Marketing and I.T., to advance ACS projects and initiatives

Education and/or Experience:

  • High school diploma or the recognized equivalent required

  • Human Resources and/or Employee Benefits experience preferred

  • Customer service experience preferred


  • Strong administrative and basic computing skills, including Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Publisher) required

  • Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Basic Formulas) preferred
