Rydell Chevrolet Buick GMC Rental Agent in Grand Forks, North Dakota

Rydell Auto Center is seeking a Rental Agent to join our growing team in our Service department.  The primary purpose of this position is to check cars in and out of the rental desk, add and pull vehicles as needed from our rental software and provide customer service to all customers using rental vehicles.

Schedule/Pay

  • Schedule is typically 9am-6pm Monday-Friday but we can be flexible on this and may have Part Time available as well
  • Pay is $13/hour Benefits

  • Greet all customers in a warm, friendly manner

  • Check cars in and out of the rental desk
  • Collect driver's license and credit card information from the customer and enter it into the software system
  • Generate rental agreement and get customer signature 
  • Check vehicle over with the customer for damages upon return
  • Prepare the vehicle for the next rental by filling gas and cleaning the interior/exterior of the vehicle
  • Add new vehicles into the rental software
  • Pull vehicles at the mileage cap and get the ready to be taken out of the rental software Requirements
