Waste Connections Customer Service Representative in Goodrich, Texas
We are looking for a Customer Service Rep for our site in Goodrich, TX. Customer Service Rep, will act as a liaison, provide product/service information and resolve any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency. The main duties of the position is handling phone calls from our customers. This is a very fast paced position similar to a call center position typically handling 65+ calls a day while still maintaining other job duties.
This position is Monday-Friday 8 am to 5pm. On top of competitive pay and sales commission we offer family benefits, 401k, vacation, and year round stable work.
IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL POSSESS:
Manage large amounts of incoming calls
Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions; suggesting information about other products and services.
Generating sales leads that develop into new customers
Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
Maintains a positive attitude while engaged with customers
Meet personal/customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas
Type 40+ wpm , Computer experience including Microsoft Office experience.
Organization and multitasking skills
Bilingual Spanish/English a plus.
