Description: Position is located at Santa Barbara focal plane in Goleta, California. General knowledge of one of the following area’s: Receiving Inspection, Wafer/die Inspection and in-process inspections. In lieu of work experience, candidate must have a can-do attitude, with mechanical/electrical aptitude with manual dexterity. Position requires the handling of hazardous chemicals and chemical waste. Candidate should have knowledge in the handling of these materials. Candidate should have the ability to enter process information into production and engineering level computer databases, and work with production supervision, quality engineering and production engineering. Applicant must be able to interface and coordinate with engineers and technicians in other areas of the semiconductor. Once hired, candidate should expect to rotate and learn different functions of the quality department during their employment. Must have ability to obtain a security clearance.
