  • Set-up online and offline channel strategy including channel development strategy, execution plan and distributor inventory management;

  • Distributor management, follow and monitor distributor strategy execution with strong controlling force;

  • Collect information of channel changes and customer feedback, and analyze market, channel and competitive product information;

  • Build good interpersonal relationship with distributors;

  • Closely work with sales team and function department to deliver excellent business result;

  • Distributor monthly purchase forecast management;

EMPLOYEE SPECIFICATIONS

(MINIMUM EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED AND KEY PERSONAL CHARACTERISTICS)

  • Bachelor’s degree or above;

  • At least 5 years related experience, e-commerce channel management and distributor management experiences are preferred;

  • Good communication and presentation skills; Open-minded, innovative thinker, and be organized;

  • Strategic thinking with good execution and analytical skills;

  • Skillful in using office software, especially PowerPoint & Excel;

  • Good English in written, and spoken is a plus;

  • High motivation, integrity and results-orientated;

  • Willingness to travel around.
