Organization Seeks Customer Service Representative!

OfficeTeam is in need of an articulate, highly-skilled Customer Service Representative. Do you want to apply your outgoing personality to further the benefit of a valuable business? This Gladstone, Missouri Customer Service Representative position could be for you, if you're available for a short-term temporary-to-full-time opportunity.

Responsibilities

  • Receive and send written business correspondence

  • By being successful in your role, you will facilitate business development and client referral goals by actively cross-selling and referring customers

  • Deliver outstanding, friendly customer service in a timely fashion

  • Handle incoming telephone calls

Requirements

  • 2+ years' experience of demonstrated performance in a goal-driven & customer-focused environment preferred

  • Ability to interact effectively with internal and external partners and clients/customers

  • Quality experience with Outbound Sales

  • Data entry experience required

  • Inside sales experience

  • Comprehensive knowledge of customer service

  • Earlier work involving Sage 100

  • Wide ranging experience with Microsoft Excel

  • General familiarity with Answering Multi-Line Phone System

  • Practical knowledge of Answering Inbound Calls

  • Good understanding of Enter Invoices

  • Skills in Vendor Invoices

  • Communication experience highly desired

  • Account management experience

  • Well-founded grasp of Multi Task

  • Previous experience working with Review Invoices

  • Proven knowledge of email

  • Knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, e.g. ACT!, Illustrator, Highrise, and Insightly

  • Strong customer service and office administrative skills

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills

  • Supportive, positive attitude with a professional demeanour applied to all tasks

  • Excellent computer skills

  • Excellent problem-solving skills

  • Experience performing extensive research to resolve complex customer inquiries
