Presbyterian Homes and Services REGIONAL DIRECTOR OF HR - EASTERN WISCONSIN in Germantown, Wisconsin

Presbyterian Homes is seeking a Regional HR Director for Eastern WI and Fairway Knoll, in Germantown, WI .

The Regional Director of HR for Eastern Wisconsin is a player/coach role, providing support to Fairway Knoll as Site HR Manager as well as acting as Regional HR support to Site Leaders and HR in an assigned region to ensure consistent and compliant application of processes and procedures across the campuses at PHS.

Must be willing to travel to sites within assigned Region.

REPORTING STRUCTURE

The Regional Director of HR – Eastern Wisconsin reports to the Regional Director of Operations with dotted line accountability to the SVP of Human Resources/Employee Experiuence.

As a business partner this position is a resource/liaison to assist in the successful achievement of the site goals and bring value added solutions and maintain overall PHS risk management. The desired outcome is to provide a level of service to site leadership which they can rely on to help achieve a blessed, safe experience for residents as well as provide a positive employment experience to employees.

As a Site Human Resources Manager, you will have responsibility for new hire process and orientation, recruitment, payroll approval, data entry and record keeping, assist & guide employee relations process and issue resolution, familiarity with Employment Laws, UC, FMLA, WC.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Ensure that the mission, vision and desired culture are reflected in all communication, problem solving, and decision-making.

• Provide leadership in the development and implementation of human resource plans and systems including: position design and description, recruiting and selection, education and development, work environment safety, performance management, pay and benefit administration, reward and recognition, employee record management and overall employee relations.

• Develop and maintain monitoring systems and processes to ensure compliance with regulations and established policies/procedures.

• Effectively administer the pay and benefit systems for employees.

• Implement corporate human resources policy and systems on the campus.

• Travel to sites on a regulat basis and as situations require.

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required in business, HR Management, or related field. Master’s

degree preferred in PHR or SPHR.

  • 6+ years Human Resources experience, Generalist level or higher preferred.

  • Proficient computer skills with Microsoft Office applications and other common computer programs required; HRIS, ATS, background check and other technology/software experience preferred.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects, and deadlines simultaneously.

  • Must have effective working knowledge of Employment Law, Employee Relations, Talent Sourcing and Acquisition, Staff Development, and strategic planning and risk management.

  • Ability to understand the business line and provide solutions.

  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.

  • Valid state drivers licenses and insurance

  • Demonstrated ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English language to communicate with all customers.

  • Demonstrated compatibility with PHS’ mission and operating philosophies
