Clearwave Business Development program is a critical part of Clearwave sales strategy and growth plan. In this high activity environment, you’ll be responsible for identifying and qualifying new prospects to assist sales in pipeline growth.

  • The Business Development Representative will partner with sales and marketing to support Account Based Marketing strategy, outbound prospecting, manage and qualify inbound leads.

  • Responsible for generating qualified meetings to achieve assigned monthly, individual goals.

  • Become an expert at using lead generation tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other tools) to identify and capture Clearwave key contacts.

  • Identify key contacts and target accounts in Salesforce to build outbound prospecting campaigns.

  • Conduct Business Development best practices with email and phone applying a multi-touch process using the cadence to connect with new prospects.

  • Manage sales leads effectively through the documented Business Development Process.

  • Responsible for following-up on marketing generated leads meeting the documented SLAs and metrics.

  • Apply sales tools within the sales process to have effective conversations relative to the buyer personas.

  • Utilize smart, targeted qualification questions to speak knowledgeably with key contacts, decisions makers within Ophthalmology, Orthopedic and Neurology Practices to identify potential sales opportunities.

  • Understand and capture prospect’s challenges/needs and effectively communicate Clearwave’s value to solve challenges.

  • Skillfully build interest and create opportunities with new prospects to handoff to sales for further discovery.

  • Work closely building relationships with the sales team and marketing.

  • Document and log call activities in CRM (Salesforce).

  • Bachelor’s Degree

  • Has a minimum of 1-year outbound prospecting experience

  • Strong passion to build a sales career

  • Willingness to learn and be coached

  • Strong interpersonal and effective communication skills

  • Excellent time management capabilities

  • Must be competitive and thrive in a team-based atmosphere
