Danaher Corporation Customer Communication Specialist in Gent, Belgium

Responsibilities

  • Drive the advocacy agenda, identifying fans and advocates engaging them to support / advise other customers

  • Manage a plan to increase capability and usage of self-service tools, for account management, support and learning

  • Own the learning agenda for customers, delivery high impact webinars across a range of product and market relevant topics

  • Ensure that awareness and content is ready to support product launches and changes as part of the go to market readiness

  • Own the self-service content strategy, maintenance and optimisation

  • Drive a range of plans to increase engagement across all products and use cases Own the lifecycle for knowledge content ensuring highly relevant content is available for managed and self-service support

  • Work with customer success to engage successful customers and derive comments white papers and content

  • Work with sales to connect potential customers to relevant advocates

  • Manage a database of feedback

  • Work with the engagement team to support webinars and community management Manage the advisory boards working with strategic customers

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in Customer Success or marketing developing strategic relationships Proven ability to drive continuous value for desktop and SAAS products

  • Experience with self-service or Knowledge management strategy

  • Knowledge of learning styles and the creation of learning content

  • Builds strong working relationships across functions Excellent organisational skills

  • Strong project management ability

  • Impeccable written and verbal communication skills Detail oriented and analytical

  • Strong team player but still a self-starter

  • Thrives in a multi-tasking environment and can adjust priorities on-the-fly

Requirements

  • 2+ years of relevant experience

  • Experience motivating and engaging a high performing team

  • Proficient in Office software

  • Prior experience in closing sales deals at the executive level a plus

  • Eager to learn, adapt and perfect your work; you seek out help and put it to good use.

  • You’re motivated by successful customers and strong relationships

  • Project management experience is highly prized

  • Knowledge of enterprise IT

  • Ability to learn fast and be adaptable
