DLG (Digital Luxury Group) is a fast-growing and ambitious digital marketing agency present in Geneva, Shanghai and New York.

As part of our development in Geneva, we recently integrated a Creative & Content team, ?Cornelius ( ?. In addition to the support of DLG luxury & premium clients, Cornelius focuses on high potential local businesses mostly in the F&B, retail and real estate verticals.

DLG is also the publisher of Luxury Society, an influential business intelligence platform for luxury professionals. DLG is frequently quoted by international media such as Bloomberg, the New York Times and Reuters.


As a Digital Graphic & Motion Designer with experience in the Luxury industry, you will support the creation of assets in various formats (e.g. animations, still assets, videos etc.) and for different platforms (e.g. social media, search & display ads, etc.) for the portfolio of premium and luxury brands served by Cornelius & DLG within the watchmaking, jewellery, fashion, lifestyle, private banking and real estate sectors.

Your ability to turn briefs into fine & effective design gems while mastering luxury codes and respecting our clients' brand design DNA will help them shine and achieve their goals!


  • Work closely with Project Managers to take ideas from concept to execution on time and on budget

  • Translate creative concepts into relevant, innovative and impactful visual designs

  • Develop structured storyboards and mood boards

  • Deliver designs that are creative, useful, and aligned with technical and brand standards

  • Animate dynamic content for various media & platforms, including but not limited to social media assets, web, newsletters, etc.

  • Enhance the storytelling of videos by adding effects/animated graphic elements

  • Participate in brainstorming sessions to share new design perspectives and ideas

  • Meet with clients or internal marketing team to understand needs and share ideas

  • Transpose ideas and guidelines into relevant graphic assets

  • Ensure assets compatibility and relevance depending on the objectives/formats, notably on UI / UX aspects

  • Stay up to date on trends, tools and new technologies

  • Research and analyze best design techniques and solutions to create motion graphics.



  • Able to work with different types of clients and to adapt the content to the client?s industry and brand guidelines

  • Have a perfect sense of layout structures, typography, design rules, etc.

  • Knowledge and interest for social media creative and innovative formats (e.g. vertical, videos, etc)

  • Mastery of after effect and animation tools

  • Proficiency on the following software suite: Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, aftereffect), sketch/Figma (will be tested)

  • Leverage feedback to consistently improve quality

  • Familiarity with Luxury design and art codes

  • Familiarity with watchmaking design codes and standards a strong plus

  • Good time management skills

  • Basic HTML and CMS knowledge are a plus


  • Native or fluent in French (will be tested)

  • Written and oral proficiency in English


  • At least 3 years experience in graphic design/motion design (freelance or agency)

  • Experience working in a creative studio or as part of an agency

  • Experience with designing for the Luxury industry or premium brands (preferably in watchmaking, jewellery, fashion, hospitality, automotive, private banking)

  • Experience working with digital teams, and/or eCommerce and be comfortable working in a collaborative manner.

  • Strong portfolio showcasing strong digital design/animation skills

  • Bachelor?s Degree in Graphic Design or Visual Communication preferred
