JOB TITLE: Front of House ManagerLOCATION: Eccentric Cafeacute;REPORTS TO: Director of HospitalityPOSITION TYPE: Full-Time, Salary ExemptSUMMARY: The Front of House Manager is responsible for the overall success of the Cafeacute; while ensuring the highest quality service and experiences for customers. They are responsible all front of house (FOH) operations. They will coach and educate front of house employees creating a positive workplace culture built on respecting our brand, our customers, and our team members, and will be part of Bellrsquo;s leadership team that is focused on respect, growth and innovation.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:ulliAdheres to and advances the ldquo;Safety Alwaysrdquo; culture of Bellrsquo;s Brewery, Inc., and is accountable for the safety of the FOH team. Operates in a spirit of open and honest cooperation while valuing the inherent self-worth dignity of every employee/liliMotivates staff while sustaining a culture of positivity and accountability through coaching, engagement initiatives and mentorship/liliProvides an employee-oriented, high performance culture that emphasizes empowerment, quality, productivity and standards, goal attainment, and the recruitment and ongoing development of FOH employees/liliStrong floor presence and employee-engaging leadership style./liliEnsure there is regular open and honest, consistent, two-way dialogue to support performance and Bellrsquo;s culture, and core values across the department and company./liliPartners with HR to ensure successful recruitment of FOH employees and implementation of recruitment efforts/liliDevelops and delivers training to all FOH staff by overseeing the execution of delivery through the FOH leadership team; monitors and tracks efficiency of training through outcomes of service and success./liliSchedules and monitors FOH staff attendance records and corrects any problems through coaching or progressive discipline efforts/liliTracks and records FOH staff performance through documentation; performs corrective action if necessary/liliConducts annual performance reviews for FOH staff/liliOversees and ensures the review and submittal of bi-weekly payroll data for FOH staff/liliMaintains and augments profitability and cost standards throughout Cafeacute; operations through cost-saving initiatives; will be relied upon to assist in driving productivity standards (SPLH) throughout FOH team; will meet weekly with Director of Hospitality to review financial KPIrsquo;s/liliOrders and maintains stock of supplies and equipment for FOH and is responsible for cost optimization of inventory through vendor management and relationship building/liliWorks to maintain and update the restaurant POS system/liliDevelops and oversees SOPs for inventory, banking, and service practices/liliOversees cash reconciliation and deposit/liliRepresents the company in a courteous, efficient, and friendly manner in all customer, client, and employee interactions and solicits guest feedback/liliRemains up-to-date on all food and beverages available to customers/liliMaintains and develops standards of service, food, and safety set forth by Bellrsquo;s, and the Director of Hospitality/liliCoordinates and manages communication programs for the
