Suez-Na Water System Consultant in Gainsville, Florida

Responsible for sales activities, from lead

generation through close of sales within geographical territory. Works within the sales and support team to

build client partnerships, create revenue, and achieve client satisfaction in alignment

with company vision and values

Key Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for thesales and marketing of highly valued solutions for potable water qualitymanagement through asset management/maintenance programs

  • Demonstrates technicalselling skills and product knowledge

  • Develops annual salesbusiness plan in conjunction with the Director of Sales to meet orexceed sales target

  • Maximizes allopportunities in the process of closing a sale to maximize market share

  • Sells consultatively andmakes recommendations to prospective clients of the various solutionsthe company offers to solve their business issues

  • Develops a database ofqualified leads through referrals, telephone canvassing, face-to-face meetings,direct mail and networking

  • Participates in theimplementation of company marketing plans

  • Creates and conductseffective proposal presentations and RFP responses to appropriatelyaddress client needs

  • Responsible for sourcingand developing client relationships and referrals

  • Responsible for buildingan effective reputation with the industry

  • Demonstrates the abilityto gather and communicate detailed business information, pricing andpresentation of solutions to clients

  • Maintains accuraterecords of all sales prospecting activities, including calls, presentations,closed sales and follow-up activities through the use of software andCRM platforms

  • Adheres to all companypolicies, procedures and business ethics at all times

  • Participates andcontributes to the development of educational programs offered toclients, prospects and company employees


Education/Experience Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; industry experience will be considered in lieu of degree

  • 3 to 5 years of successful technical sales experience,preferably in the water or construction industry

Skills and Attributes Requirements:

  • Must demonstrate fluencyin written and spoken Spanish and English

  • Strong organizational/planningskills/presentation skills

  • Must be able to developstrong relationships built on trust and credibility
