LifePoint Health Patient Access Coordinator - FT-Day in Ft. Mohave, Arizona

Provide exemplary customer service to patients, families, staff, physicians and visitors, both in-person and by phone, setting the tone in a positive way for each person's visit.

Practices and adheres to the "Code of Conduct" philosophy and "Mission and Value Statement" of the Hospital.

Supports special projects and business analysis as requested.

Adheres to Hospital Policies and Procedures.

Minimum Education

High school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not required.

Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.

Must have some customer service and medical office experience preferred.
