The Community Subacute and Transitional Care Center (CSTCC) is a 106-bed facility providing inpatient care for chronic, subacute conditions such as coma or other complex illness that require 24-hour medical supervision. CSTCC is comprised of two unique and distinct units: Subacute and Skilling Nursing. This position provides patient care in our 48-bed short-term Skilled Nursing unit, which provides wound care, IV therapy, and focuses on getting the patients transitioned back to their lives and community.

The role of the clinical nurse is to deliver patient care through assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient needs with the highest professional standard while promoting nursing excellence through continued education and research. This position serves patients in the Skilled Nursing unit of the Community Sub-Acute Transitional Care Center.
Experience and education minimum requirements:
Graduate of approved nursing program.
Consistent demonstration of Novice / Advance Beginner clinical nursing practice proficiency.
License and certification minimum requirements:
Current California Registered Nurse License.
Current BLS certification.
