Aerotek Service Technician in Fredericksburg, Virginia
Will perform service, (preventive maintenance, safety checks, corrective actions, upgrades and refurbishment) on equipment, at external locations in line with Manager’s instructions
Responsible for contributing to productive customer relationships as well as following Best Practice in all administrative and technical activities
Candidate will be maintaining forklifts, industrial, diesel forklifts, high end cranes
Staying up to date with technical specifications of new and existing equipment
Diagnose service problems and propose solutions to the customer, in close liaison with product supply if needed
Ensure that all site safety rules, agreed working practices and environmental requirements are respected according to both customer’s regulations and local standards applicable
Inspect, diagnose, troubleshoot, report, plan and then conduct service or repair
Service Area: Springfield, Fredericksburg, Portsmouth, Charlottesville
