Due to increased demand we are seeking a Supply Chain Business Intelligence Analyst who will support the Sustainment and Modernisations Services Operating Unit (SMS OU) and its programs.
This role is full-time permanent and based in Springfield or Fortitude Valley, QLD.
Key duties & responsibilities:
Supply chain performance root cause analysis and solution support
Managing supporting documentation of the supply chain metrics suite
Definition, documentation and building of metrics in BI suites
Management of metric tools and BI systems used by the supply chain function
Develop and manage guidance, frameworks, business process and tools for metric usage and management
Provide guidance, support and governance of materiel master data integrity management

Essential Qualifications & Experience:
Experience with BI systems and databases for analysing data and building metrics, ideally within a Supply Chain management context
Knowledge in best practice supply chain management principles, reporting and analysis
Strong team player, with ability to work as part of a larger group and independently
Highly organised with proven track record to deliver projects, meet deadlines and achieve goals and objectives
Great stakeholder management skills backed by excellent written and verbal communication
Knowledge and experience in the use Defence systems as it relates to supply chain management and data
Australian Citizen with the ability to obtain and maintain a Defence Security Clearance
Tertiary qualification in Business, Business Management, Logistics or Supply Chain
Database management experience
Knowledge and experience in a military and/or commercial aviation supply chain environment
Experience with SAP as it relates to supply chain management
Demonstrated knowledge and experience with materiel master data integrity management
Demonstrated knowledge and experience in using a wide range of toolsets to analyse results and develop recommendations from analysis
Note: As a Defence security clearance is required for this role, applicants must be Australian Citizens. International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) are applicable, as such your nationality may be a factor in determining your suitability for this role.
