Texas Health Fort Worth seeks to hire a Pharmacist to work Full Time.

Salary range is Min. $52.00/hr to Max. $75.74/hr – based on relevant experience
Hours/Schedule
Full Time (40/hr/wk) working 7on/7off (Wednesday-Tuesday) Nights 9:00p-8:00a
Communicating effectively, building positive professional relationships and role modeling teamwork.
Timely and accurate support of medication distribution including medication order verification and oversight of pharmacy technician responsibilities.
Provision of clinical pharmacy services for the safe and efficient patient care.
Ensuring the accuracy of one's own work as well as maintaining required competencies and other documentation. Consistent support of the department's QA and PS standards programs and initiatives is also required.
Ongoing professional development and growth.
Not only the management of one's own time but shares the responsibility for minimizing pharmaceutical costs (including wastage) and discovering new process efficiencies.
Respond to medical emergencies per hospital policy as available.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Education
Bachelor's Degree Pharmacy Required
Or
Other Pharm.D. Required
And
Other - CLIAFE Must comply with CLIA regulations regarding foreign education equivalency Required
Experience
None Required
and
3 Years hospital experience or residency Stongly Preferred
Experience Responding to codes Stronlgy Preferred
PGY1 Experience Preferred
Licenses and Certifications
PHAR - Pharmacist Upon Hire Required
ACLS certification Strongly Preferred
