Job Title: Program Manager
Location: Ft Leavenworth, Kansas
Job Summary: BMA is seeking a mid-level Program Manager to lead our Concept Development and Prototype Experimentation Support to the Mission Command Battle Laboratory (MCBL), Fort Leavenworth.
Job Functions:
Supports Concept Development and Prototype Experimentation Support within the MCBL
Supports MCBL learning objectives/demands as prescribed in AFC/FCC directives and guidance
Responsible for all contract performance within the MCBL
Requirements:
Civilian Education: BA/BS degree from accredited college/university
Military Education: MEL IV or equivalent
5 years of demonstrated experience as a team leader or program manager in support of Army or Joint requirements
Demonstrated planning experience for complex activities equivalent to that of an annual experimentation program and major experiment or experiment series
Demonstrated experience supporting multiple events such as workshops leading to a Simulation Experiment
PM assigns work and provides monthly feedback on status of work to the KO/COR
Special Qualifications:
Experienced with military operations at the field-grade level knowledge
Over 10 years? experience with Army, joint, and coalition operations at the division or higher echelon
Experience with Simulation Driven Experiments, including developing scenario and operations plans; facilitation/AAR support; knowledge management; and developing and delivering studies and reports (i.e., interim, final, etc.). This support list is not all inclusive.
