Persistent Systems Sales Associate, Air Force in Fort Collins, Colorado
Persistent Systems is seeking a Sales Associate to support our Air Force and ISR vertical. You will be responsible for supporting current and prospective customers with information requests, supporting the vertical team with customer support and responses and SOP compliance, and acting as a liaison across the company to support the day to day needs of the customer and vertical team.
Supporting the Director of the Air Force and ISR vertical in managing the day to day requirements of the customer base in the way of providing quotes and lead times, accepting and confirming their submitted purchase orders, and managing the day to day needs of the customers.
Ensure the sales pipeline is captured in Salesforce.com with accurate and current data, all in line with the SOP. And performing regular quality checks to ensure compliance.
Provide suggestions and support for process improvement where needed to ensure and maintain smooth workflows
Maintain day to day relationships with current Customers through regular meetings and emails- responding to information requests and/or helping to coordinate the team to provide customer support when needed
Support exportation of the Wave Relay® system and its components in compliance with all federal laws and regulations
Support the ERP Go Live effort and help to migrate business operations over to the new system
Assist in continued trainings and Subject Matter Expert support with ERP for vertical team.
Provide administrative support to the customers, including updating calendars, coordinating meetings, planning events, and attending trade shows
Develop technical expertise of Wave Relay® products
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field or equivalent experience
Experience using Salesforce to create opportunities, run queries, manipulate data, and perform analytics
Experience with project planning and analysis
Experience with team account budgets and forecasting
Basic computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and OneNote
Must have a United States security clearance or the ability to obtain United States security clearance
Technical degree, or other discipline with focus on system integration, or equivalent experience
Understanding of networking, radio frequencies and wireless communications
Experience supporting technical sales teams
Experience with QuickBooks
