Description:Receive, document, assign, monitor, and resolve incidents, service requests, changes and problems.Responsibilities:Provide first line fielding for solution and maintain a high level of courteous customer serviceCreate service desk tickets and assign responsible parties for action as appropriateSolve known problems and fulfill service requests by following scriptsFulfill service desk requests that need IT involvementEscalate incidents and service request to higher tier personnelFollow up on outstanding requests and ensure timely resolutionMonitor internal assets to ensure accurate inventory recordsProvide notifications of planned or unplanned system maintenance or degradation.Provide reports to customers for services rendered on a quarterly basis.Support a 24x7 Service Desk that monitors supported systems, provides situational awareness, and serves as the focal point for services.Report site facility isolation and power failures.Operate Enterprise Management Tools.Required Qualifications:Years of Experience: 3+Education: Bachelor of Science or EquivalentActive Secret Clearance RequiredITIL FoundationsIAT Level IISecurity+CompTIA A+ Computer Troubleshooting CertificationMicrosoft systems event administration/managementFamiliarity with BMC Remedy or ServiceNowCandidate must be an effective communicator with a team focused, collaborative attitudeFor more information, or to apply now, you must go to the website below.
