    Conduent is seeking a Director of Client Management for Document Management and Automation services to build relationships with existing financial services and banking clients. You’ll work closely with clients and service delivery teams to ensure that services expectations are being met. The Director of Client Management will develop strategies to grow Conduent’s client base and ensure that the team is providing quality, cost-effective service. The primary role of this position is to ensure that Conduent retains and builds long-lasting relationships with our banking and financial clients.

    This position is located at our headquarters in Florham Park, New Jersey other locations may be considered for exceptional candidates. The Director of Client Management (DMA) will report to the Senior Director of Client Management

    Job responsibilities include, but not limited to:

  • Work with a global service delivery team responsible for delivering operational management and compliance oversight for DMA functions.

  • Build and enhance long-lasting relationships with Conduent’s banking and financial clients

  • Have a deep understanding of the client’s needs and develop strategies that will deliver high-quality and cost-effective products and/or services.

  • Serve as the client’s point of contact to help solve problems and achieve business goals

  • Collaborate with Conduent’s stakeholders and develop teams to ensure the client is served appropriately

  • Utilize superb communications skills to present to, and influence our clients and key Conduent stakeholders

  • Develop overarching strategies to ensure clients receive the quality and cost-effective services

  • Responsible for one large account and/or a portfolio of small-to-medium accounts.

  • Assesses and evaluates the business to provide input into the business strategy.

  • Responsible for P&L results to achieve organization financial targets.

  • Proactively identifies, defines, and solves complex problems that impact the direction of the business.

  • Drives the overall business unit performance and client relationship.

  • Leads innovation of key business opportunities to drive organizational effectiveness.

  • Inspires people and teams to optimize career growth, employee engagement, and performance.

  • Contributes to the development of policies and ensures compliance.

  • Performs other duties as assigned.

  • Complies with all policies and standards

  • Leads through subordinate managers.

  • Executes business plans and contribute to strategy development


  • Bachelor’s degree is required. Technical major is preferred

  • Strong understanding and experience in a managed services industry, especially in an onshore/offshore model.

  • Experience in Financial Services industry is preferred

  • Must possess superb communications skills (interpersonal, presentation, written and verbal)

  • Requires a broad understanding of different systems, theories, and practices

  • Possess a strong ability to apply broad industry and commercial awareness to drive financial performance in the team and related areas.
