Hourly Comp: $14/HR - $20/HR

Weekly Comp: $560 - $800

Based on experience.

Start Bonus: $250

Completion Bonus:$250

Must have current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) licensure in Kentucky.

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Demonstrate thorough knowledge of care and current clinical practice, treatments, and interventions, specific to position specialty

  • Ability to understand and monitor applicable regulations, policies, and procedures

  • Promote patient's independence by establishing patient care goals

  • Resolve patient problems and needs by utilizing multidisciplinary team strategies

  • Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with rules and regulations

  • Ability to deal tactfully with residents, students, family members, visitors, government agencies, and personnel, according to position setting

  • Ability to maintain the care and use of supplies, equipment, etc.

  • Maintain patient confidence and protect operations by keeping information confidential

NO HOLIDAY RTO, no set patterns, no set weekends.

ALL non-emergent RTO must be submitted before the contract is signed.

More than one call out per 8-week contract or more than 3 per 12-week contract will result in termination.

No scheduled doubles or 12-hour shifts. May pick up additional shifts as needs allow.

Start dates must be on Tues/Thurs ONLY. Orientation is at 10 AM

151- bed skilled nursing facility offering post-hospital, short-term rehabilitation as well as long-term and respite care services. Our staff is dedicated to serving the medical and rehabilitation needs of individuals recovering from an illness or injury. Our nurses are also trained to assist patients with wound vacs, NJ tubes, trachs, orthopedic needs.

CERTIFICATION/LICENSURE:

  • 6 months of experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

  • Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license or license eligible in the state of employment

  • Certified Nursing Assistant degree from an accredited institution
