Hunterdon Health Care System Office Manager in Flemington, New Jersey
- Assumes responsibility for the smooth operation of the physician practice
Primary Position Responsibilities
Accurately processes all human resources paperwork as well as dealing with employee management
Handling of all the practice financials – end of month, budget
Recruitment and interviewing skills
Attends and conducts meetings
Work Contact Group (Internal/External)
- Regular and frequent contact with departments of Hunterdon Medical Center, patients, families, physicians and employees providing service, resolving issues, obtaining agreement and exchanging information
Reports to (position):
Regional Director Practice Operations
Staff of Practice
High School Diploma or Equivalent
Associate's Degree in Business Administration/Management, Health Science, Nursing or related area.
Minimum Years of Experience (Amount, Type and Variation):
Healthcare operational experience
Good communication and multi-tasking.
Bachelors Degree preferred or 3-5 years healthcare management experience which includes financial reporting and budget preparation and monitoring.
License, Registry or Certification:
Knowledge, Skills and/or Abilities:
Excellent communication, interpersonal, multi-tasking skills
Knowledge of medical information systems and applications
