Position: Program Compliance Coordinator, Level III
Location: Federal Way, WA

The Program Compliance Coordinator Level III monitors all state, federal, and contract requirements and conducts corresponding internal reviews. The Program Compliance Coordinator Level III also provides form and packet development, external review support, process & workflow review, and ongoing training to staff. Responsible to meet general customer service objectives to ensure positive business growth and development and behave in a manner that will promote cohesiveness to the office environment, as well as support day-to-day operations, and client advocacy.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
Evaluate Agency Operations to ensure compliance with State, Federal, and Contract Rules/ Regulations
Monitor company compliance standards (i.e. Proficiency Trackers/ Expiration Reports)
Facilitate the preparation and execution of the internal and external audits
Maintain control over determinations of regulatory compliance and credentialing for caregiver and administrative personnel
Train staff on Standard Operating Procedure and Policy and Procedures
Lead, oversee and complete special projects, including annual review of Policy and Procedures, annual review of Standard Operating Procedures, annual satisfaction survey and large-scale enrollments and transitions
Comfortable with public speaking in front of large groups
Provide quality service to our clients, referral sources, and co-workers, acting as a positive influence in the office environment
Tracks and maintains Incident / Quality Management Issue data (i.e. Fraud, Waste & Abuse Issues)
Supporting program teams with elevated incidents and reports of harassment, abuse and discrimination.
Other duties as assigned
Bachelor’s degree in the field of Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, Rehabilitation, Nursing, Sociology or Related Field preferred
6 years’ experience serving individuals with disabilities preferred
Combination of education and experience
Ability to work flexible and/or extended hours, if needed, to meet the job requirements
