Insurance Office of America Account Associate Lead - Commercial Lines Insurance in Farmingdale, New Jersey
We?re looking for an experienced, licensed Commercial Lines Account Associate Lead to join our Farmingdale, NJ branch team!

Commercial Lines Account Associate Lead success factors include:
Directs day-to-day activities and work flow assigned to administrative and customer service teams
Assists in monitoring team performance to ensure productivity, efficiency, quality, and service standards are met, recommending corrective actions to Management when appropriate
Provides training, mentoring, and ongoing professional development of administrative and customer service teams
Participates in team member?s performance evaluation process by providing feedback to Management
Leads implementation and enforcement of all company work rules, standards and policies and procedures in team
Ensures compliance with core work processes throughout the branch including identifying, adopting and demonstrating best practices
Assists to ensure all new and renewal insurance policies processed accurately and within required timeframes by tracking policy expirations for existing clients and works proactively to ensure appropriate actions are taken to facilitate renewals
Processing the following tasks accurately and within required timeframes:
Processing Policy Endorsements and carrier Audits; identify errors and facilitate corrective actions
Processing Policy Cancellations, Reinstatements and Lost Policy Releases (LPR)
Preparing Check requests, Invoices and Premium Finance Agreements
Preparing Summaries of Insurance
Ordering Loss Runs and MVR?s
Issuing Auto ID Cards
Issuing Certificates of Insurance and Evidences of Property
Issuing Binders of Insurance
Identifying and reconciling of any inaccuracies in Account billings
Preparing Agent of Record letters (AOR)
Provides support to AM, AE or Producer in the new business and renewal business workflows, including but not limited to:
Client research and gathering complete underwriting information
Conducting Loss Run Analysis
Preparing complete and accurate submissions including Acord applications and/or supplemental forms; sending out to market and/or performing Online Rating as required
Evaluating and negotiating coverages and pricing
Preparing and presenting Proposals as directed by AM, AE or Producer
Binding coverage and complying with any subjectivity(ies) as required by carrier, Surplus Lines Association and/or IOA
Diligent follow up for Policy Issuance
Review all policies, identifying and notifying AM, AE or Producer of any discrepancies and ensuring that all necessary changes are submitted to and issued by the carrier
Maintaining accurate schedules and/or Summaries of Insurance
Qualified candidates will have:
3+ years of commercial lines insurance agency/brokerage experience
An active P&C license
CISR designation or equivalent preferred
Exceptional customer service skills
Excellent multi-tasking, organizational, delegation and decision-making skills
Outstanding verbal/written communication skills
Ability to perform large work volumes with high degrees of accuracy
PC proficiency, including MS Office
Exceptional personal character, including a strong work ethic, positive attitude, and willingness to assist others at all times?
