ManTech Senior Mobile Device Administrator in Falls Church, Virginia

Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Senior Mobile Device Administrator to join our team at the Executive Office of Immigration Review (EOIR) in Falls Church, VA.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Proven experience in providing support for mobile devices in the following areas:oProvisioning mobile phones using AirWatch or Good applicationoKnowledge in IOS Mobile devicesoKnowledge of Active Directory to assist in the integration of mobile devicesoKnowledge in RSA/VPN user management

  • Experience in working in an operational environment (preferably for a DOJ agency).

Basic Qualifications:

  • Requires Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or equivalent and 5+ years of related experience.

  • Proven ability in working independently with minimal oversight.

  • Excellent written and communication skills as the candidate will be required to present to senior management.

  • Proven experience in recommending solutions that improve customer satisfaction and\or the mission of the customer.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Power Shell Experience.

  • 2010 Exchange Experience

Security Clearance Requirement: US Citizenship and eligible to obtain DOJ Public Trust (must possess Public Trust prior to start)

Physical Requirements:

  • Sedentary work that primarily involves sitting/standing/walking/Talking and must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%.

  • ​Moving about to accomplish tasks or moving from one work site to another.

  • The person in this position needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.

  • Requires frequently communicates with co-workers, management and customers.

  • Communicating with others to exchange information.

  • Working with computers.

  • Must be able to lift and move hardware weighing up to 50 pounds.
