Kelly Services Senior Program Manager in Fairfax, Virginia

  • Must be a US Citizen and must be eligible for a Public Trust Clearance.

  • Program Manager is responsible for overall development, implementation, and maintenance of the Program Management System.

  • Reports directly to a Senior Program Manager.

  • Works in conjunction with Procurement, Production, Staging Facility, Contact Center and any other department that has an effect on the quality of the program

  • Establish, maintain, and audit the Management System in accordance to customer and corporate requirements and related ISO standards.

  • Coordinate and track all non-conformance activities, conduct root cause analysis implementation of corrective action for process related concerns.

  • Interface with various Task Area Leads to ensure transfer of process improvements in accordance with approved data.

  • Help create and review written policies and procedures related to the implementation and maintenance of the Management System activities.

  • Maintain compliance with applicable regulatory requirements. Assist with the development and/or implementation of compliance-related policies and procedures throughout the project.

  • Ensure evaluation of, and reporting on, vendor quality systems.

  • Accuracy and timely inspection/calibration of monitoring and measuring devices.

  • Continually conduct reviews (Data Analysis) and participate in internal audits to ensure compliance to ISO9001:2015 Standard.

  • Review current processes and functions of project to enhance efficiency, safety, reduce risk and consistency of operations. Where applicable, provide departmental support throughout the project.

  • Identify areas for continuous improvement. Utilize statistical techniques to implement, communicate and monitor these activities.

  • Update and maintain Program Plan

  • Monthly Progress Report updates

  • Conduct weekly meetings with both the customer and internally, as needed


  • Strong Project Management Skills

  • Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures to include root cause analysis, trending, and corrective action reporting and implementing a continuous improvement program.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Able to interact with all levels of professionals -- strong interpersonal skills

  • Knowledge and experience with government clients/environments

  • Communicate complex information well using MS Office

  • Successful candidate is subject to a background investigation by the government

Education / Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree 4+ years of experience working in an operations and maintenance environment.

  • Minimum 2+ years working with ISO 9001 standards experience.

  • ISO auditor experience preferred.

  • Lean Six Sigma Green belt / Black belt preferred
