Fortive Corporation Product Marketing Coordinator in Everett, Washington
Fluke is currently seeking a Product Marketing Coordinator to join the product marketing team and support a diverse portfolio of Fluke test and measurement products. Reporting to the Director of Product Marketing, you will be responsible for messaging, content creation, go-to-market planning, campaign execution and coordination, and sales enablement. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with Product Marketing Managers as well as working with those in central marketing, product management, sales, and regional channel partners in Europe/Middle East/Africa (EMEA), Asia/Pacific (APAC), and the Americas to inform go-to-market strategy and drive revenue generating outcomes by ensuring that everyone in the organization is armed with compelling and accurate messaging. This position is located at Fluke Headquarters in Everett, WA.
Responsibilities:
Work under the direction and guidance of the Product Marketing Managers and the Director of Product Marketing to help develop marketing plans and create various tactics that will achieve targeted product market share and revenue.
Develop positioning, messaging and content that clearly articulates Fluke products’ value propositions for our buyers - showcasing our tools’ capabilities and differentiation.
Support strategy and execution around product launches and demand generation including copy writing and editing, coordination of marketing deliverables. Manage translations and web tickets and coordinate project schedules. Serve as project lead on product launches as assigned.
Work collaboratively with product, marketing, sales and other stakeholders to ensure high-impact launches and campaigns that drive customer and prospect adoption of new products and features.
Understand the target markets, decision maker personas, customer work-flows, and segmentation strategy and how the new products support these markets.
Coordinate the marketing NPI (New Product Introduction) budget including budget trackers, requisitions and receivals.
Create assets that enable the sales and services teams, along with your team and strategic partners, to confidently communicate the business value and competitive differentiation of Fluke products to customers, sales channel partners and Fluke management.
Contribute to product and go-to-market strategy and success for Fluke - be the go-to expert on market trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape.
Contribute to internal/external presentations, webinars, events and prospect engagements.
Be an excellent communicator who can engage internal leaders and teams across functions as well as external stakeholders.
Knowledge and Skills:
Demonstrated involvement with product launch planning and tactical execution

Genuine passion for understanding customers and what drives them to make purchase decisions
Comfortable handling multiple projects simultaneously
Demonstrated self-starter – ability to take initiative and navigate ambiguity

Exceptional written skills and experience producing written content
Demonstrated project management skills and experience creating visual status reporting
Proficiency in communication, word-processing, spreadsheet and presentation software
Proficiency in supporting software (communications, file transfer, etc.) a plus
Problem-solving skills, with an ability to identify risks, resolve issues, and communicate with stakeholders
Proven ability to present compelling narratives in public settings and to internal audiences
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills - team player with a positive attitude
Flexibility in working with different time zones
Analytical with strong attention to detail
Ability to travel up to 10%
Minimum Qualifications:
2+ years of relevant work experience in B2B marketing, product marketing, or sales enablement
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Journalism, or a related field
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working within a B2B technology sales organization
Broad understanding of various marketing strategies and campaign tactics
Ability to interpret data and make campaign optimization recommendations
Background in customer research – both quantitative and qualitative
