Seniorlink/Caregiver Homes Office Assistant- Evansville-Remote in Evansville, Indiana

The Office Assistant is responsible for all operational support for a branch or field support office including front office and customer service operations, and represents the face of the company to vendors, guests and others.

  • Provides administrative support to branch office leadership including managing calendars and preparing and distributing correspondence.

  • Coordinates the office day-to-day operations such as collaborating and communicating with building security and management, distributing building access keys, and maintaining office equipment.

  • Provides high levels of customer service to internal and external customers in daily interactions in person, over the phone and via email and other communications.

  • Assists with preparation of weekly/monthly/quarterly reports and provides database support.

  • Assists with maintaining and organizing program files, policies, and procedures.

  • Coordinates meetings and prepares mailings.

  • Purchases office supplies, furniture and equipment in accordance with budgetary guidelines.

  • Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned

Required Education / Experience

  • Associate’s degree or equivalent experience and at least two (2) years of previous experience in a professional office environment is required, preferably in a healthcare setting.
