DescriptionOur great Fortune 500 client in Pataskala, OH has an immediate opening for a IT Installation / Desktop Support Agent. Position Summary: Work as part of a team to installs all technology and maintains and improves operational readiness of the Distribution Center by coordinating and performing technical support efforts, and performing onsite installation management.-Diagnoses systems outages to determine appropriate corrective actions.-Performs preventative maintenance and repairs of equipment as appropriate.-Coordinates support for systems issues not locally correctable.-Limited supervision with occasional coaching and clearly established policies.-Performs onsite systems installation and integration management as needed.-Acts as a training resource for Gmail, Microsoft Office, and related applications.-Performs Desktop PC support.-Applies and adheres to appropriate technical security policies to ensure that the DC environment is secure.-Applies and adheres to appropriate disaster recovery policies and procedures.-This position requires the individual to be on-call for after hour support.-Other required duties as assigned.
