Wpromote Sr. Amazon Paid Media Manager in El Segundo, California

The Role

Wpromote is looking for a Senior Manager to join our growing team. As an end-to-end service, our team manages all aspects of our clients? Amazon business to help them succeed in the marketplace. The role is very dynamic and this person must be able to work efficiently across multiple clients simultaneously.

You Will Be

  • Helping the clients we work with launch or grow their Amazon paid media efforts

  • Designing, implementing and managing AMS campaigns, while having a full grasp of how different ad types work together to further our client?s goals.

  • Monitoring daily trends, opportunities, and spend across multiple brands

  • Proactively communicating with clients about account health, ad performance, sales, best practices, potential opportunities and developing action plans to improve results

  • Working in a dynamic, time-intensive environment where competing priorities are commonplace. Previous agency experience preferred.

  • Closely monitoring competitors and category trends

  • Auditing prospective Amazon accounts and identifying areas for improvement to assist in the sales process

  • Developing and maintaining a strong understanding of new or emerging trends within Amazon and other marketplaces

  • Tasked with some special projects as needed

You Must Have

  • 3+ years of experience consulting on or directly managing Amazon Advertising accounts OR 4+ years paid search experience (Google, Bing, etc.)

  • Great communication skills both written and oral, with a strong attention to detail

  • Great organization, the ability to balance client timelines and business needs, across multiple clients

  • The ability to manage client expectations and priorities

  • Experience presenting to senior-level client contacts during Monthly executive summaries or QBRs.

  • A deep understanding of paid search, which includes keyword research, campaign buildouts, bid optimizations, reporting, and knowledge of the different ad types.

  • Knowledge about how Amazon marketing and performance affects the purchase funnel

Nice To Have

  • Experience with setting up and optimizing Amazon DSP strategy

  • Experience working with or at a brand with $2M+ in annual Amazon sales

  • Experience with areas of Amazon outside of paid media (content, logistics, catalog management, etc.)

  • Working knowledge of other ecommerce marketplaces outside of Amazon

  • The ability to explain nuances of paid search clearly and concisely
