Aerotek Assembler in El Segundo, California


Fast growing aerospace company seeking Assemblers.

  • Read and interpret work orders, blueprints and specifications to determine assembly, testing, quality, customer requirements and documentation/certification requirements.

  • Uses hand tools and inspection tools such as micrometer, caliper, protractor, feeler gauge, ruler, pressure gauges, torque wrench, etc.

  • Assembles component parts to make hose assembles in accordance with drawings and specifications by crimping, inserting, screwing, shrinking, attaching or wrapping.

  • Set-up and uses machines, such as cut-off saw, crimpers, presses, hydro-test stand, grinder, skiving tool and vulcanizer, etc. to perform assembly operations.


  • Must have experience reading blueprints and/or doing assembly or mechanical maintenance work.

  • Prefer 2-3 years of manufacturing assembly experience.

  • ideally have experience with Calipers, Micrometers, Blueprint Reading, Measuring Tools
