The Technology Training Manager directs a group of specialists who conduct Revolve software product trainings. The Team Manager assures high quality implementations through effective performance management of Technology Training Specialists. The manager is responsible for the day to day activities and guidance of their team in order to reach the objectives.
Manages Technology Training Specialists to ensure training and organizational performance.
Assures quality of technical training implementations through quality monitoring.
Reviews team procedures and develop/research ways to increase efficiencies.
Identifies team training needs and act as the liaison between Training Specialist and the Training Curriculum Department.
Ensure scheduling systems are setup with proper call types and aligned with staff allocation
Create reports and assess trends to adjust performance to meet KPIs.
Recognizes when to engage other partners to address challenges and opportunities.
Develop and manage a comprehensive training plan for use across an implementation project timeline.
Manage training programs that deliver timely and quality implementations that create customer retention and build loyalty.
Work directly with key business stakeholders to strategically develop training programs based on business strategy and performance.
Conduct needs assessments to determine various training offerings necessary for successful project implementation.
Plan, develop, and provide training and staff development programs, using effective methods such as classroom training, demonstrations, on-the-job training, meetings, conferences, and workshops
Conducts one on ones, quality monitoring, mid-year and annual performance reviews
Handles daily personnel matters (e.g., personal time off, shifts coverage etc.)
Communication: The Technology Training Team Manager is an excellent communicator in groups and one-on-one. They are effective at both listening and presenting information. They are concise and use good grammar. When writing, the Team Manager gets their point across clearly and concisely. They are aware of their non-verbal messages and personal tendencies and careful not to appear impatient.

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
3 years of management or equivalent work experience.
Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills

Thorough in job responsibilities and strong organizational skills
Works well under pressure
Well-organized and ability to multi-task
Experience with Patterson technology products
Team management experience
