At UNFI, our Cyber security team is focused on maturing the cyber program to keep pace with the growth of the company and current the current threat landscape. Support from leadership is enabling us to expand our cyber teams to meet increasing cyber threats.

Job Overview:

The Identity and Access Management (IAM) Analyst is responsible for managing and maintaining entitlements in the SailPoint IIQ catalog, assist with role lifecycle management, and perform data analysis and monitoring within the SailPoint IIQ application.

Job Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

  • Maintain the SailPoint IIQ entitlement catalog attributes, including “business friendly” descriptions to ensure a quality end user experience

  • Assist with the role lifecycle management process within SailPoint IIQ

  • Perform data analysis and monitoring for data quality issues, investigates root cause, and d ocuments the results of analysis activities

  • Provide end user support for the Contractor management application

  • Participate in systems requirements, definition, testing, training, implementation, and support

  • Create and maintain process documentation related to assigned responsibilities

  • Conduct and analyze preliminary business and information technology processes and prepares groundwork

  • Make recommendations for necessary changes on projects that come in from other departments

  • Identify customer requirements, develops test schedules, reviews testing plans, tracks, and documents development results

  • Identify areas of potential business risk and communicates these to the Project Leader

  • Work collaboratively with the Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) Team to ensure information and settings for access reviews are accurate

  • Performs other relevant job duties as required.

    Job Requirements:

    Education/Certification:

  • Bachelor’s degree in management information systems, computer science, or related discipline is preferred

    Experience:

  • 1-4 years of general business analysis experience

  • 2+ years related experience in Information Technology

  • Experience with identity and access management in a complex enterprise environment is preferred

  • Demonstrates thorough understanding of the IAM functional domain and best practices

  • Possesses knowledge and experience analyzing data and assessing risk

  • Has understanding of basic authentication and authorization schemes used by applications and systems

    Skills and Abilities:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to work well with others in a team environment

  • Proficient working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, specifically: Word, PowerPoint, Excel

  • Proficient working knowledge of visualization tools such as Visio

  • Ability to work across teams and functional areas

  • Experience with data analysis to identify patterns, clusters, and trends
