Working with cross-functional and regional teams, you implement a portfolio strategy that is aligned with the brand vision to drive sustainable growth. You support profit and loss management and future business development plans and objectives including new product development and platform opportunities.
How you will contribute
Working with other internal stakeholders, you will support the brand portfolio strategy and priorities to enable consumer-centric brand portfolio growth. You will develop annual plans, setting objectives and allocating resources. In addition, you will offer recommendations for integrated commercial plans, develop and execute marketing plans that deliver on revenue and profit forecasts, and share objectives. Based on your deep consumer insights and brand positioning, you will develop and implement integrated marketing communications and 360 degree campaigns.

Come help us grow Seasonal! We are a fast-paced, innovation-focused team on a mission to expand the Seasonal business from a nascent opportunity to a Mondelez powerhouse.
This role is unique because it allows you to work on innovation for multiple brands in multiple categories (Sour Patch Kids, Swedish Fish, Oreo and Toblerone) and you'll be expected to deliver innovation and P&L improvement while shaping the Seasonal strategy for years to come.
What you need to know about this position:
Responsible for end-to-end innovation for three seasons: Valentine's, Halloween and Summer. Innovation includes truly new products as well as PPA expansion. The innovation portion of the role is highly strategic, as we are shaping the portfolio for the next several years.
You will also be expected to take on traditional Commercial duties, such as improving P&L profitability, reducing waste and identifying operational efficiency opportunities.
You will have one direct report, so a passion for leadership and mentorship is also important.
