Description USAF Squadron Ops Support - (ASOS-20-0493-W):
Bowhead is seeking fulltime personnel for the 337th Test and Evaluation Squadron (TES), Dyess AFB, Texas. We are accepting applications for the following position:
• Training Manager
The successful applicant will assist the 337th to meet operational readiness and sustain in-place forces to fulfill worldwide Combatant Commander (COCOM) missions. The focus will be to support additional duties traditionally accomplished by squadron aircrew.
This is a contingent requirement.
Essential functions for this position include:
• Manage/coordinate all training aspects within the squadron, to include certification programs, currency and upgrade training.
• Two (2) years of experience working in a Squadron, Group or Wing Training Program; or five (5) years of experience working in a DoD Flying Squadron, Group, or Wing Training Program.
• Two (2) years of experience working with PEX (4.2.1) / TACTICS (4.2.2) or similar proprietary scheduling program.
• Two (2) years of experience working with Microsoft Office Suite
• Secret Security Clearance
SECURITY CLEARANCE REQUIRED: Seeking qualified individuals who currently hold an active security clearance at the Secret level. US Citizenship is a requirement for clearance at this location.
