We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced data analyst who thrives in a fast-paced, exciting, and dynamic organisation. As a key member of the European Uptime Management team, we are looking for someone who is confident with extracting data to analyse, understand and identify trends, whilst presenting their findings and recommendations to Senior Managers.
Ford strategy for Uptime management is a key brand differentiator to other OEMs monitoring the Uptime performance of Ford customers vehicles as a key enabler to success.
As a Data Analyst with the MSXI Global group, you will be joining an office-based team in Essex and have the opportunity to ensure an optimum customer journey experience for a global automotive manufacturer.
This is a new role within MSXI, therefore we are seeking someone with advanced Excel skills and presentation skills, along with strong communication skills. It is advantageous that you have experience of automotive Dealers and the confidence to present results to senior stakeholder management.
Day to day your role will involve extracting data from Ford internal systems to analyse trends and flagging up areas of improvements / issues across the European Markets.
Analyse Uptime Management report data from multiple sources.
Monitor Downtime and Downtime alert (DTA) timelines.
Identify vehicles off the road for extended periods of time and confirm DTAs have been raised.
Distinguish if vehicle delays are due to parts supply issues, Dealer capacity or Technical issues.
Work with the Ford Fleet department on vehicles off the road and work to find a solution.
Covering absence to report and support daily stand-up meetings for cases that require escalation.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and able to learn other bespoke systems.
Ability to create reports, understand the data and create actions based on the results.
Analyse Dealer management system output data and review vehicle movements through the workshops.
Identify customers vehicles experiencing delays.
Provide specific Dealer initiative actions and reporting to project management.
Ability and confidence to present results and findings to senior stakeholder management.
Will require flexibility and ability to adapt as require during development of the system and role.
Working pattern and location:
40 Hours Monday – Friday
Location: Dunton, Essex
6 months fixed term contract with potential for extension
