SUMMARY: This position is responsible for transporting and distributing correct purchased and work-in-process components to work cells and removing and properly storing finished goods.YOUR TASKS:Receives, transport, distribute and store materials in a timely, efficient and accurate manner utilizing proper equipment.Handles all materials carefully and actively works to avoid employee injuries and product damagePlaces purchased and work-in-process components in warehouse proper locations.i Practices good 5S housekeeping techniques and actively participates in 5S activities.Proper use of KANBAN System.Communicates problems and issues during shift and at shift changes.Keeps the Shipping/Receiving Supervisor advised of anyi downtime and quality or safety problems.Performs activities in a positive and professional manner. Maintains an acceptable attendance record to ensure timely work completion.Must have knowledge of and adhere to the current Quality System requirements that relate to this job.Performs other job related duties as assigned.iSUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES n/aiQUALIFICATIONSi To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
